Sunday Walking Street and Music

Chiang Mai also has great markets, among them the Sunday Walking Street. My favorite part of it were street musicians performing there. There were several blind musicians, but what I really enjoyed was this guy singing his heart out to Jason Mraz’ song “I’m Yours” from his latest album (as a sidenote, Jason Mraz will be performing at Olympic Park in Seoul on Feb. 21st). I think the guy was a Greenpeace activist, and his singing and playing definitely made my day. Great positive energy, and I couldn’t keep myself from smiling. And hey, he might even have saved a whale or two. Anyway, click play and enjoy the Chiang Mai Sunday Walking Street.

  2. Wow. I wish I could get a chance to do some shopping there. So natural and beautiful. and Jason Mraz was the last person that I expected to hear but it was good surprising.
